Migraine ka ilaj – Gharelu Nuskhe (Home Remedies in Hindi):
Migraine ek tarah ka severe headache hota hai jo kai logon ko hota hai, aur is ke sath nausea, vomiting, aur light/sound sensitivity bhi ho sakti hai. Neeche kuch gharelu nuskhe diye gaye hain jo migraine ke dard ko kam karne mein madadgar ho sakte hain:
✅ 1. Adrak (Ginger)
Fayda: Ginger inflammation ko kam karta hai aur migraine se hone wali nausea (matli) me bhi faida karta hai.
Tariqa Istemaal:

Adrak ka ras nikaal kar 1 chamach lemon juice ke sath mila kar piyein.

✅ 2. Safaid Zeera (Fennel / Cumin Seeds) aur Misri
Fayda: Yeh combination migraine ke dard ko kam karne mein madad karta hai.

Mehndi ko paani mein gholein aur thoda sa vinegar daalein.

✅ 8. Lavender Oil / Peppermint Oil
Fayda: Essential oils stress aur pain relief mein madadgar hain.

Lavender ya peppermint oil ko mathe aur kanpati par halka masaj karein.

Ya in oils ka steam lein.

Neend puri lein (kam az kam 7-8 ghante).

Zyada tej roshni aur awaaz se door rahen.

Stress se bachne ki koshish karein (Yoga, meditation helpful ho sakte hain).

Har waqt kuch na kuch khate rahen, bhookh migraine trigger kar sakti hai.
Agar migraine baar baar hota hai ya severe hota hai, to doctor se mashwara lena zaroori hai. Yeh gharelu nuskhe madad karte hain lekin asal ilaj medical diagnosis pe depend karta hai.
